Q) The only option I have is “Import BOM” on the left hand side. There is no list of the symbols or any other categories, how do I get them back?
A) If a part number was searched and the searched part was not cleared, by selecting the double X’s in the search box to clear the inquiry, the full list of symbols will not appear again until the search is cleared. Make sure that you click on both of the X’s, otherwise the categories will not reappear. If you use backspace to delete the part searched, you can click the search icon and they will reappear.
- Click on the X on the left first and then the 2nd X.
- Once you have clicked on both Xs, click on the search icon.
- All of the option should then reappear.
