Hello,

Has anyone experienced reflow issue with this solder charge connector?
I have a proper lead-profile, but I am seeing a lot of pins lacking a proper solder connection.

Hi fernandon,

Curious about the solder profile you used for this part. This part appears to have tin/lead-based solder so the peak temperature of your profile probably should be somewhat lower than one would use with a lead-free profile.

If you need the Lead-Free version, then the SEAM-40-11.0-S-10-2-A-K-TR would be the otherwise identical option.

Here is some further information on soldering the Samtec Searay products.
