I’m looking for the mating connector to Molex 10 position micro-fit 3.0 0430201001. This mating connector will be mounted on a breadboard so pin spacing needs to make the breadboard spacing of 2.54 mm. What connecto(s) will work here?

There is no header mate for PN 043020100.
Connectors also have the same pitch as their mates.
If you want a bread board connection, I recommend using the series extraction tool (PN
0011030043) to remove the pins and try to connect them directly to the board.

Is there such a thing as 2.54mm spaced through-hole mounted connector? (Does not need to be Molex.)

The closest I am seeing would be to replace the original piece in question with a board mounted option, such as those linked HERE.
From what I could see though, these do not have a 2.54mm pitch on the pins and would have a 3.00mm pitch.
Yes. "header’ is a common term of art used for board-mounted connectors, which are most typically designed with contacts in a row x column organization, called “rectangular.” “rectangular header” is an excellent search term to summon the relevant product families.
From either, depending on preference, select the desired pitch to narrow the options shown to those having the desired characteristic.
