Cypress Semiconductor has provided shelf life information regarding their Flash memory products. The shelf life for these products is determined by the storage conditions they’re subjected to.
Shelf life of at least 1 year should be expected if stored under the following conditions:

Temperature: Less than 40°C Fahrenheit (Room temperature)

Humidity: Less than 90% Relative Humidity
The shelf life may be extended if the parts are sealed within a moisture barrier bag that is in compliance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033
