SiTime ideal frequency

I remember when looking at TCXO parts several years ago that the overall system phase noise would be minimized if I selected a frequency of about 30-40 MHz. I am now looking at the same question with SiTime MEMS oscillators; is there a sweet spot in frequency for reducing overall system phase noise?
