The part we ordered is SM768GE0B0000-AB,
but the received product shows that the body marking is “SM768GB”,
which is inconsistent with the PN of the order.
Can you help confirm that they are the correct product?
Would you help me explain the meaning of the markings?

I wasn’t able to find much information about the part marking on these that is readily available. Not on Silicon Motion website either. The documentation on it is not much different than what we have for it already. I found that all the SM768 refer to the same product brief and that there is no in depth detailing of the part numbering breakdown nor the actual marking of the part.
I’m going to dig into this a bit deeper and ask our product management group to see if they can assist. They will probably ask for an invoice number these were bought on from us, so if you can give me that I’ll just include it in my email.
I’ll let you know when I get some feedback from them on it.
