Hello, Welcome to the Digikey tech forum. Looks like a 330 uf capacitor but I’m not able to find an explanation on the J8 or 2H markings. How did you determine this is a 16v? Do you have any more information on the part. Also does this have two leads coming out the bottom?

Its about 5mmx5mm. Like 1/4 inch or less. Its tiny. It was corroded off of an hp motherboard. [17053615320751400719356142625202]

I also get a 334.7 reading for uf on my digital multimeter

It will work electrically (higher voltage is always OK for electrolytic capacitors), however it may not fit on the circuit board (higher voltage = larger size).
