Hi all,
I broke a solder connector for a Roland Juno 106. They appear to be riveted in. I intend on replace all five it with something as close to the original as possible. Open to recommendations for alternative parts. I am considering replacing whole board, but that is pricey at the moment. (see pictures)
Thank you!
Hi @mattjnormand and welcome to the TechForum!
If the rivet is still intact and secured to the board, you may be able to solder a wire connection directly to it without replacing the entire terminal. What’s stopping you from doing that?
These parts might be worth exploring too.

Review this article I found showing this kind of application linked HERE.
Best regards!
Cool thank you.
There’s the same break near the one photographed. I am certain this may happen again when i reassmble everything. It looks kind of terrible.
