Solder sleev for 16AWG, cadmium free, Sn60

I am looking for a Solder sleeve for 16AWg wire.

Below are additional requirement:

  • Cadmium Free.
  • Tin should be more than 60%(Sn60)
  • It should satisfy Railway standards.

The datasheet specifies:

RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substance, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC) originated in the European Union and restricts the use of six hazardous materials found in electrical and electronics products. All applicable products in the EU market after July 1, 2006 must meet RoHS compliance standards. RoHS impacts the entire electronics industry. The substances restricted under the RoHS directive include lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (CrVI), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).

Previously earlier I selected TE #CWT-9003 and it matched my requirement but technical team rejected due to cadmium and Tin percentage is less 50%.

Could you suggest me similar Solder Seal Wire Connectors.

Check out Digikey part A104843-ND to see if it will work for you, this is Cadmium free with 63% tin. Here’s the datasheet for reference.
