Source or alternative for DG1U-II 12VDC TV-8 4A/135A 250V~ Relay

I’m looking to find a source with a quicker shipment timeframe than mainland China for the above, or an alternative to the part, for a repair job. I’m attaching a photo of my part, and a stock photo showing the pins.

I can get this from China, but deliveries seem to all be in December.

I’d love to find something that works from the US.

I checked fairly extensively. I am not seeing a matching footprint to this.

I was able to track down the datasheet if it helps anyone.

I am open to trying a close footprint, if you’ve seen anything near it.

I was able to find 39-G5PZ-1ADC12-ND, which does have a much higher current rating, but does appear to have the same pin out based on the information Kristof provided above.
