Where do I get the actual Spice Models listed at https://www.ti.com/packaged_lits/pspice_files/ti_pspice_models_index.txt?
And what is an “Average Model” vs. “Unencypted”. When I use the Webench Power Designer I get presented 15 designs which all have “SIMULATE” as NOT AVAILABLE.
There is some evidence that TI may have migrated most of their library to their PSpice for TI tool. The list you found appears to be some kind of legacy list. I am not sure what they mean by average model and unencrypted in this instance as it just seems to be a generic description in the spice list you found.
You could try looking up every part number on that list to see if they still have a SPICE file on their product page, but that would take a while. I don’t know what changes they’ve made otherwise. I am trying to get in contact with TI at the moment.
