I cannot find the switching frequency of this power supply in the data sheet. The MeanWell website, FAQ,
does not show it, either.

It’s quite common for such information to be undisclosed for finished-goods power supplies of this sort; the product is specified to take input A and convert it to output B at a power level up to C. Details of how that conversion is achieved (such as internal switching frequency) are not considered germane, and are often not publicly disclosed.
