Analog Devices, Maxim, Trinamic? Is there a tech support contact for this product? I’m having a hard time getting my motor to run quietly using TMCL-IDE. At one point I had it tuned exactly how I wanted it so I saved the registers to a file and thought I was good. I came back the next day and loaded the file but the motor did not run properly. I’ve spent many hours trying to get it running well again but it is still much louder than it was before.

Turns out it was a combination of things but most significantly it was a result of unplugging the motor power supply to check the motor power connection and not totally exiting the TMCL-IDE, unplugging the USB and starting from scratch. The other issue is that the TMCL-IDE does not reliably export and import the register settings, which is a shame because that is the primary reason I purchased the kit.
