Based on DFRobot product page, yes DFR1239 is the “D-Robotics RDK X5 AI Developer Kit for ROS Robotics - 8GB, 10Tops”
The 4G - 10 Tops model is #DFR1238, the 4G - 5 Tops model is #DFR1106
BTW, given the rapidly rising memory prices I suggest getting an order in before the next round of price increases, or wait for the AI driven memory price bubble to burst.
