TLR3APDTE5L00F75 Digi-reel or cut tape packaging

Currently DigiKey showing 2K stocks available to order, but when I put in 2K it automatically only option to choose is Tape and Reel, but once it is in cart, it shows backorder. So tried 1999pcs digi-reel in line 1, then another 1pc digi-reel in line 2, for this case, can it be requested that the 1999pcs line 1 and 1pc line 2 to be digi-reeled into only 1 reel?

Also currently is the 1999pcs in the original MFG reel packaging? or is it in cut tape packaging without the MFG original reel?

Pls help to advise?
