What should the top part marking be for MPN BZT52B4V7-E3-08?

The top of the first page of the datasheet gives the layout/explanation of the top marking for that part.
It should also be noted Vishay General Semi changed the top part markings of hundreds of diodes in 2024 so the answer to this often depends upon the date/lot code shipped.
The 2022 version of the datasheet said the top part marking would be this:
