Trying to identify connector needed for ribbon cable neato D7

I broke the connector on the ribbon cable when I removed it. Supposedly this is a 20-pin ribbon cable. I have included the picture before I removed it from the mother board. I have also included a picture of the ribbon cable. Please help! Thanks! Vicki

Are you able to determine the pitch of the contacts on the ribbon cable? I would be able to locate some possible alternate connectors if I knew what the pitch is on that cable. If you aren’t quite sure what pitch is, take a look at this post linked below:

What is the “pitch” of a connector? The pitch is the measurement from the center of one contact to the center of the next contact. The image below shows the measurement of the pitch from contact to contact and between each row. Please note that the pitch between contacts in each row and the pitch between rows are different in this case. They can be the same, but it must always be double checked for a connector with more than one row. [image]

Here is a little information on looking at the Flat Flex cable jumpers and figuring the Pitch of the Cable. Digi-key does carry the Flat Flex cable jumpers. Here are the Jumper cable options. If you are looking to replace a cable or find one to fit a FFC/FPC connector the Pitch requirement will be important. The Pitch will be the center to center spacing of the conductors on the cable.
