TVT14511 MOV substitute replacement

Hello,

I am looking for a substitute for damaged TVT14511 thermally protected MOV manufactured by THINKING ELECTRONIC INDUSTRIAL Co., LTD. Original Series DataSheet attached.

The MOV is a part of battery charging electronic circuit and it must be thermally protected with similar or better specifications.

I was looking through the catalog on web site, and EATON MOV looks very similar to TVT series. The package has the same yellow color. Series DataSheet from web site attached.

Could you please assist with the substitute opt out?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

These look pretty comparable. Does your part have 2 or 3 legs?

Looking for a similar part, for a 14mm, with a 510 typical varistor voltage, I found the following.

283-MOVTP14V320N-ND for one with 2 legs, and 283-MOVTP14V320T-ND for one with 3 legs.

These should be the ones you probably seen, as the datasheet you posted is for these devices.
