I would need a UL flame-rated set of cables

Micro (Type D) HDMI to Standard (Type A) HDMI cable, 1000 mm

Female USB 2.0 Type A panel mount to male USB 2.0 Type A, 300 mm

Female Ethernet RJ45 panel mount to male ethernet RJ45, 300 mm

Micro USB B male to USB 2.0 Type A male, 1000 mm

Could you please help me find some with the required documentation?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum, I am unable to sort/filter by UL recognition but I was able to find some options that meet your descriptions below, please check the datasheets to see if the cable is UL rated and if it will work for your application.

For Micro HDMI-D to Standard HDMI-A, we have some options HERE but unfortunately none are exactly 1000mm.

For the panel mount USB (2.0, female) to male USB, unfortunately I’m unable to find anything in our system that matches this description.

For the Ethernet RJ45, we have some panel mount (female) to free-hanging (male) options that measure 300mm and I have linked them HERE

For the Micro USB-B male to USB-A female, we have some options that measure 1m and I have linked them HERE
