Is there a part that is similar to ULN2803A but has fewer inputs, say four (4)? I don’t need all 8 inputs.

These are the 4 input options we carry.

There are a few, check these out.

The STA404A is a 10-SIP with 4 NPN Darlingtons.
The SMA4030 is a 12-SIP and SMA4032 is a 10-SIP.
UPA1476A and UPA1436 are 10-pin DIPs.

All of these are through-hole and in stock at DigiKey.
