Unable to figure out the connector required for LEMO FFS.00.250.CTCE31

Hey all,
We have a PicoQuant device which has a sync out of the type LEMO FFS.00.250.CTCE31. We need to connect this to an SMA male cable. We are unable to figure out what connector type to use to achieve this connection.
