Unknown Diodes

I have two possible TVS Diodes, One has a marking TAY and the other one is C1U. The dimensions for “TAY” is 1.77mm x 1.20mm", and “C1U” is 1.60mm x 2.65mm. The Y is rotated 270 degrees from the A. There are voltage drops across them as well. For the C1U, one orientation is 0.706V and the other orientation is 1.356V. For the TAY, its 0.721V and open the other orientation.

Unfortunately, I am not able to verify these parts by the markings.

I was not able to come up with a 100% verification but found some similar parts with possible matches to part markings.

BZX84J-B4V7 . Per the datasheet it has a marking of TA.

C7 came up as a marking for BZT52-C4V3 in that datasheet.
