I have two TVS Diodes, One has a marking TAY and the other one is C1U. The dimensions for “TAY” is 0.032"x0.012", and “C1U” is 0.061"x0.016". The Y is rotated 270 degrees from the A.

I searched for these top markings, and I did not find anything close to your measurements.
The second one looks to have a 1CU marking if I’m seeing it right. The 1 may be a polarity bar.
I also looked for the CU marking, and nothing matches your dimension.
Is the second one really 0.4mm (0.016") wide? Can you reverify the measurements of the black bodies?
I just measured in metric, but one is 1.77mm x 1.20mm, and the second one is 1.60mm x 2.65mm. I also took a better pictures as well, hopefully they help. please don’t mind the excess flux around it.
