I have a couple of questions about this UPS:

Is this a 3 phase UPS 230 L-N/400 L-L?

Does it include an internal battery?

Yes, the SVT20KX is a 3‑phase UPS compatible with 230V L‑N / 400V L‑L, as the datasheet states

“Nominal Output Voltage(s): 220/380V; 230/400V; 240/415V 3‑PH Wye”

and the unit comes with internal batteries.
