Vishay BS3195430 capacitor is obsolete. The only information that I have is the voltage which is 3-Phase 480/525V. Can anyone cross reference this to a new capacitor or can send me the specs of the existing BS3195430 capacitor?

I had found only limited details on this part. This part is a thick film hybrid resistor for use with low voltage AC capacitors from the PhMKP series by Vishay ESTA. Unfortunately I had not found any details such as the resistance or wattage.
Thank you for your help. The more information that I get, the closer that I can find a replacement. I believe that the voltage is 3-Phase 480/525V 50/60hz. If I could find the capacitance, that would make life even better.
