What part is this? SC-05-30J

I ordered SC-05-30J from DigiKey however the part has no external markings on it and the values don’t seem to match the datasheet, what part is this?

Attached is the datasheet with my measured values marked in red as well as photos of the measurements and a pdf of other parts that it could be.

I am not sure which item you got on hand. The size of it and what it look like looks similar to the 399-SC22-06-60J-ND.

I would recommend using the return portal on our site to either have a new it shipped or an item swapped to happen. Indicate that the item received doe snot conform to listed specification.

For what it’s worth I believe you would test the inductance of a common mode choke by testing the coils in parallel like the below:
