It may be a Diode or TVS. What is the physical size (Length x Width)?
Can you provide more pictures, to see how it is attached to the board, and what type of terminals are on the part?
Is there a part identification number on the board, like Dxx?
Do you know anything about the part, or the voltage & current ratings it needs to handle?

This part may be a small tantalum or similar type of capacitor. Some of them look quite similar to this.
Is it relatively tall compared to its length and width? What are its dimensions?
OK, my best guess is probably a KO-CAP polymer electrolytic capacitor from Kemet/Yageo.
It’s likely one of the following (note height difference):
- T521B156M025ATE100 “B” case 3.5L x 2.8W x 1.9H (mm)
- T527K156M025ATE150 “K” case 3.5L x 2.8W x 1.0H (mm)
