Where are tiny and light solar cells?

I need a tiny and light solar cell for a bird tracker, i.e. device that weighs less than 1.5g total. I see the PowerFilm ONP1.2-12x24, which has the right weight (0.1g) but is pretty gigantic. The smallest Anysolar is 23x8mm and it weighs in at 0.5g, which is too heavy. Anysolar (ixus) used to have a 6mm x 6mm which is more in line with the dimensions I need, e.g. something up to 15mm x 8mm, but they discontinued that model. Is there no nobody else that makes such small solar panels?

Welcome to the Digikey tech forum. I didn’t find any smaller options to offer from our list. You may want to contact Anysolar direct to see if they can provide a solar cell in a size that will work for your application.
