Will the USB-4671 work with the Agilent 34970A?

From what I was able to find online for Agilent 34970A, it looks like the USB cable should work with it.

I am asking because our Agilent unit has a female GPIB connection, so the usb-4671 or usb-4671-a is male connector?

I see from their datasheet it shows outter row of contacts.

The Advantech GPIB connection has inner row of contacts for mating.
