It looks like the one in the image would be the MKXR3W44707H00KSC9.

As for an option that we would have stock on I am not seeing something that would have the 4.7µf and 400+vac rating and also be a X2 safety cap.
B32676T4475K000 can work if you are not needing the X2 safety rating.

The 495-75418-ND was found as a stocking option that would be most similar.
It is 350vac instead of 400vac and is X2 rated.

Thanks for the information.
What is the safety rating for B32676T4475K000 EPCOS - TDK? and what is the difference between X1 and X2?
B32676T4475K000 is not listed to have any specific safety rating.
As for the X1 vs X2
It looks like the X1 is a higher rating and can handle more impulse voltage than the X2
Below link shows options that would be X1 rated and 4.7µf and also handle the 400vac+.

Hi Nathan,
Our original one is 400Vac, is it ok to replace the new one with 530Vac?
Hi carrie,
Going with a higher voltage is only adding safety, so no problem with that.
The one other thing to check is the dimensions of your part. Compare that to the parts in the link that @Nathan_2268 gave you. If they fit, you should be good to go.
