do you know how many watt is this resistor and where can I find a replacement? I beleive is 10W but all 10W I found are small in respect to my resistor.

I was unable to find any specifications related to the numbers on the part. That being said if we assume you are correct on it being 10W, and accept the 40Ohms marked on it as 40Ohms, then the J is likely a tolerance rating of +/-5%. Going off of those specifications we have these that are closely similar in resistance, style, and size. Without actual specifications it is only an educated guess, and it will be up to you to decide if you can afford to experiment with these replacements. Please review all datasheets and use caution if you experiment with these parts.
