Unfortunately information on this old transistor is very limited at this time. I can only find one rather sketchy datasheet online, which states this is a 40A NPN BJT in a stud diode-like package I’ve not seen before. If correct, that package isn’t available through us, but we’ve got a few 40A+ NPNs you can check into here: https://www.digikey.com/short/v52bn2p7
