Hi Guys, I have in our Warehouse this part 74HC1G04GW/S400 , but can´t find any explanation what it means S400 in the end ?

Unfortunately, the datasheet does not document that portion of the part code. Since NXP makes this, we can check with our product manager what the suffix indicates. I am waiting to hear from them.
