When you look at the part’s product drawing, it states that the screws are self tapping. A self-tapping screw is a screw that can tap its own hole and create its own threads as it is driven into the material. So this backshell is assembled with the screws it ships with, without pre-drilled threading. The screw’s own torque as it’s driven into the holes will create the threading for you.
