The capacitor seems to be very old and no longer manufactured. Can you tell me if you have a substitute?
The IC LT 3751 I am seeing that you have a few options, can you advise which would be best for this camera flash application?

From the given image, I have found this aluminum electrolytic capacitors of 700 µF with lead spacings of 10 mm, Dia of 35 mm and lenght of 40 mm. This capacitor is used for photoflash applications.
338-7P701V330A042L-ND
Please check the dimensions of your part for confirmation as this is 12.7mm lead spacing. The height is slightly taller and dimension may be important as well for compact applications.
