That IC has no marking it seems. If it does it is not easily seen from the photo even when zoomed in. Do you have more info from about it? Or can you provide a better pic maybe zoomed closer in. Might be some kind of SMD resistor perhaps. Are there any markings near it?
Quite likely a resistor of some sort with long-side terminations.
I agree with @rick_1976 that it’s likely a resistor. It looks like a current-sense resistor with Kelvin terminals, so a 4-terminal resistor.
Problem is it will be hard to know what resistance value without markings. These are typically well under 1 Ohm.
