I know that this a metallized film capacitor, but Im not sure exactly what I need to get to replace it.

The markings
“223” would indicate that this is a 22,000pF or .022uF cap
“J” would indicate a 5% tolerance
“630” would be 630V
The big missing feature would be the lead spacing to make sure that the replacement would fit on the board. Here are some options to look at
