Capacitor Identification

I have a Gigabyte b450m ds3h motherboard with a broken capacitor. They are labeled FP5k 05ch 561 6.3. but cannot find a replacement anywhere please help. I do not know anything about identifying theses parts.

I think it is a 560uF 6.3V cap
