This Macintosh accelerator card (a MicroMac Carrera040 for those who might be curious) has 3 of these caps. I think I understand these to be 22µF based on the 22, but not sure about the 6A or the 5G3.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi, Please take a look at the link below. These are 22uf 6.3v alum smd caps. The 5G3 could be a date or lot code. You will need to measure the diameter of the cap and line up the solder pads measurements to know which one might work for you.
