OK, what does the efk and 1K5 mean?

Looking at the EFK marking, the E calls out 25 volts shown here on the datasheet. Take a look at Digikey part PCE4416CT-ND as an option, make sure to measure and verify the dimensions are correct. 1K5 is a lot code.
The datasheet is the best way to show the marking call out.
