Could someone tell me the model of the CH Products Pro Thruttle P/N 300-122 Z axis potentiometer?

Unfortunately, manufacturers don’t normally list the components within a device such as the 300-122. I checked the supplier product page, for example, and there is no indication that the information is available: [ CH Products 300-122 ]. It’s also not the type of information that is normally provided to distributors. They do have a ‘Contact Us’ link on that page that you could try. Is the product still under warranty?
The other option is to look for any markings on the part that would indicate a model number. Trying to match it to a replacement without any markings could be very difficult.
