Need help identifying this chip. sot-23-5 i believe.
device symptoms:
device powers up and functions, Charging issue. Chip is burnt. Chip responsible for “transfer/enabling” power to charge cells.

The part might be PT1305SE23E from CR Powtech Limited. This is not a supplier we carry. I don’t see a cross to the part in our system, there are several similar parts here:
Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators | Power Management (PMIC) | Electronic Components Distributor DigiKey
Please review the datasheets to see if any of these might work as a replacement.
