Clear, flexible, water-resistant PU adhesive for Polycarbonate

Hi, Im looking for a (preferably) clear Polyurethane adhesive that would bind polycarbonate, its flexible and water-resistant. And which is the biggest issue is sold in New Zealand. It also has to be removable otherwise I would have to buy a new tank for my Waterrower in case there is a leak/break.

Manufacturer is using and I quote: “An electronics grade; unfilled, room temperature fast curing; two-component polyurethane adhesive is designed for the adhesion and potting electronics”

Here is some more reading from someone who has been in the same situation: Adhesive/sealer for water rower tank - any advice? | UKworkshop.co.uk

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hi,
Welcome to the Digikey tech forum. You can take a look at a part like 473-1372-ND , not really sure how the removeable part would work in this case. Another option to look at is part 3M162011-ND which is a marine grade silicone sealant.

Thank you for the reply @Steve_Fellman!
The first item you mentioned is unfortunately not available and yes, from what I read the epoxy is not easy to peel off.
The marine grade silicon sealant could work in theory, but I don’t think that would last long. The tank is under quite a lot of stress due to water circulating inside and this is what I found about the sealant on the official 3M site:
'Marine Grade Silicone Sealant is not recommended for the installation of glass, polycarbonate, or acrylic windows that are not also mechanically fastened
Any other ideas? Thank you!
