I select 100uF in the filter.
Hits include caps with other capacitances.

After you selected and highlighted your capacitance preference did you click on the red Apply All button ?
Yes. However I think the issue might have been there was a search string present. Probably “capacitor aluminum 100uf”.
Starting from a Search string instead of navigating through the browse tree may have led to different results.
I finally got it to work, but never figured out what I was actually doing wrong.
NOTE: There is a systemic problem with searching on the internet, it is rare to find a site that strictly adheres to the “AND” boolean which is implied when searching. Some sites generate more hits as you add terms to your search string. Other sites bring back random hits that are at best tangentially related.
