Hi, I am replacing a connector that goes on a Jandy transformer (r0481400). I had a couple of the wires in the 12pin burn out and I am replacing the backboard and also need to replace the connector on my transformer. From what I have found, this seems to be a unique or custom connector specific for Jandy, but I’m hoping that isn’t the case. Can anyone help point me to where I might find a replacement or what type/part# connector this is? In this pic is a 12 pin molex I thought would be right but the pattern of the 12 pins don’t match up. The other pic is the connector on the backboard. Thank you.

What is the pitch of your connector?
The pitch is the measurement from the center of one contact to the center of the next contact.

It looks like a customer lock-in version of a Mini-fit.
If this is a one-off fix, you could consider replacing both parts of the connector system with e.g. the Molex one that Karl suggested. With some luck, you do not even need to re-crimp the pins on the plug side. Just de-solder the receptacle on the PCB (search on DigiKey for de-soldering to get proper tools), and then solder in the new industry standard receptacle. Pull out the wire-side pins and try to re-insert them to the Molex header. If it does not work, then need to crimp each pin for each wire using compatible pin and crimping tool.
That’s what I would do.
