The closest alterenate I found to the 2SK3550, is Part Number 497-4421-5-ND.
This is rated for 900V, 11A, 230W, and the original is 900V, 10A, 130W.
So this can handle a little more power, and can dissipate the heat better.
The package is listed as TO-247-3, but has the same spacing of the leads, at 5.45mm.
