Scheme-It automatically assigns component labels like C1, C2, R1, R2 as components are placed. I want to change these labels as I placed components out of order but this does not seem possible. I can shut them off (tick-box) so they are not visible but I want to rename them. Is this possible?
Dear Quickwood, there is a bug that you might be running into; when you rename something, if you then click on a tick-box, you will loose your change. If you click somewhere else, the change should stick. (Our development team is working on fixing it.)
There is another bug that you might be running into- If you rename RefDes, it must start with the given letter- so a resistor must start with R (R22, R23). Like the other, this is being worked on. Hope it helps!
