Hello. I am having difficulties finding a replacement for this chip.
The datasheet I have does not have this part (ZXE) listed.
I’ve ordered old-stock but it came in a different package.

It needs to be TSOP (8x20mm) with a 0.5 pitch

This part is EOL.

It is just a SRAM chip. Does anyone know of another chip that will do the job?

UPDATE: I just found a better datasheet on your website. :slight_smile:

The ZXE is TSOP Type I ?? “32-Lead TSOP Type I (Pb-free)”
“32-Lead Thin Small Outline Package Type I (8x20 mm) Z32”
Not TSOP ?

Any help here?

Take a look at part number IS65C1024AL-45TLA3-ND this is the closest option I am seeing that is still available to order the pinout looks to be the same , check data sheets to see if this will work for you .

If you could tolerate the narrower -40°C ~ 85°C Industrial temperature range rather than the wider -40°C ~ 125°C Automotive temperature range, here are a few more to consider:
