Dc-dc 4 switches buck-boost converter from min 3, max 4.2V Vin to programable Vout from 2V2A to 5V5A

As a hobbyist, i’m working on a dc-dc buck-boost 4 switches converter (4 MFets or 2 MFets + 2 schotky diodes) abble to work with one 18650 Li-Ion better as vin (3V Vin-min, 4.2V Vin-max) and to deliver an output controled by mcu (atsamd21g18) from Vout-min 2V (2A) to Vout-max 5V (5A). The output will power a heating coil around 1 ohm.
I already designed my topologie, make temporary calculations, etc, but i can’t find any gate driver IC within these specs.
I am open to all suggestions, Intergrated IC’s or other.

I forgot to mention that for now my fets are BSC014NE2LSI, but it’s also open to discution.

With that information I am only able to narrow down our selection of gate drivers so far.

Here is a link to what I was able to narrow down to based on the FET you have and the supply voltage ratings.

By looking at the specs for the 2EDR7259XXUMA1 this should work to drive both of the BSC014NE2LSI
