Diode Identification Help - ECU (with details)

I’m repairing my ECU for Nissan 2012 370z - I need help identifying this or at least a suitable replacement. The original burned up. Please let me know if you need more details, testing, etc from me.

Measures 0.597 and OL in Diode mode.

Size is 0.8mm x ~1.54mm (give or take) - height is probably 0.7-0.8mm (guessing on height)

Pics show traces, 120x zoom of good diode, and location/layout. Diode that burned and needs replaced is RED. Kapton tape is just there to mark where I removed the diode. After removal of blown diode, seemed like a copper leg or something was left behind on pad, so removed diode in essentially 2 pieces.

Light Blue traced to Pin 118 on ECU terminal, which would be VVEL related. Also, the two vias between the diode pairs show continuity.

Identifying markers… I can only make out the 3 dots on the body that look like . : similar to a square missing it’s top left - and on the cathode marking I see 2 black squares (the other good ones look similar, but black squares on cathode are more rounded, might be bad zoom or worn). Note on other good ones, I was unable to see the . : marking on body, but the microscope is really crappy and conformal coating on these is messy.

Additional Info: Issues with vehicle are P0181 and P0300 and P0302, cylinders 1 and 2 misfire (they are separate banks). I wouldn’t gamble my life that there is no short in wiring harness, etc, but I gave it a non-thorough check. Likely multiple battery jumps caused this diode to blow (my guess).
